Holsworthy runners up in the Kingsley Youth’s under-tens Cup

A single goal gave Shebbear the Kingsley Youth League under-nines Cup as they beat Holsworthy in the final to round off a highly-successful season.
The League’s ‘Player of the Year’ was Jay Thomas (Holsworthy).


The ‘Most Sporting’ teams were Bude and Kilkampton.
Shebbear also won the League, finishing their first-ever season with a 100 per cent record. Runners-up were Bude. There were also double winners at under-ten level where Morwenstow were the king-pins. Bude, who also won the Sporting Trophy, finished runners- up in the League, while Holsworthy were the beaten Cup finalists. ‘Player of the year ‘was Morwenstow’s Ryan Thomas.
